SHEILA GAYNOR

I am a postdoctoral research fellow and NHLBI BioData Catalyst fellow in the Biostatistics department at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, working with Xihong Lin. My research focuses on integrative statistical genetic and genomics, network analysis, large-scale computing, and computational biology. I develop statistical and computational methods and lead collaborative research as a member of the NHLBI TOPMed Program.

I completed my PhD, titled "Statistical Methods for Integratively Characterizing Genetic and Genomic Data" in April 2018, under the advisement of John Quackenbush and Xihong Lin. I obtained my B.S.P.H. in Biostatistics and B.A. in Mathematics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
